The escape from the hospital is the achievement of Genshin Impact Wonders of the World, which you can unlock by finding a way out of the underground cave in an abandoned hospital in a gift from Alisha. In this exciting research task, you can walk in the wake of a desperate captive named Abbas, who, presumably, managed to escape with the help of a destroyed hoe.
To start this hidden research task, you must first fulfill the punch. Arc hon Quest Chapter III: Act IV-King of Desert and Three Magi up to the part where you can freely explore the gift of Alisha.
How to get an achievement of Escape from the Hospital in Genshin Impact
Go to the hospital in DAR al-Shifif to find a hole in the ground-its exact location is circled on the image above. Jump into a hole and use submersible attack to break a boulder that blocks the path that will open a huge cave for research. Once inside, follow the way forward until you see a clearing with the chinchilla around a locked precious chest.
You do not need to defeat enemies for this purpose, but we strongly recommend that you do this to unlock the chest and awards. Use elementary vision Find the whereabouts of two boulders. You need to break the one on left (circled above) using Claymore or Geo Damage to open the path leading to the exit. Meanwhile, you can also break the one on the right to open another chest by defeating enemies.
Follow the way, open boulder on the left to find another clearing with a locked chest. Again, this part is not mandatory, but you can defeat enemies to unlock the chest and awards. When you are ready, continue to follow the way until you find yourself at a dead end. Use Claymore or Geo Damage to break the boulder and go. Continue to follow the way until you meet the last impasse- break the boulder to call the KAT scenes in which you and Damon leave the cave.
As soon as you finally find yourself outside, talk with the nearest strongly destroyed hollow to get the achievement of Wonders of the World Escape from the hospital .
